Hello, my name is Charity Carkuff. I am an Artist.
My art education so far is an AAS Visual Communications w/a concentration in photography. The people around me, the music I listen to, emotions, past experiences, and dreams have huge influences in my art. For as long as I can remember I’ve desired to create.
I always needed to draw, paint, or play music. Art is what
I'm my best at, and what I want to continue to improve.
Some of my favorite things to photograph are Street, Fine Art,
Landscapes, and Architecture.
Looking back through my work I’ve noticed my magnetism to cooler colors and dramatic shadows. I suppose my fascination with darker colors and obscurity is my love for truth and mystery. Blues represent to me trust and wisdom, and shadows portray things that are unseen or dark.
